Samuel T. Smith’s passion for serving others starts well before and extends far beyond when the real estate transaction is complete. Mr. Smith has 19 years of Customer Service experience, honed through serving on and leading multiple technical support teams, and culminating into serving as Project Manager for a multi-million dollar government services contract with the National Institutes of Health.

 

 

Yearning to build a family-owned business with his wife and best friend, Michelle Smith, Sam decided to join his wife in real estate and form The Lord & Smith Team. Together with Michelle, Samuel serves in the real estate profession with adaptability and flexibility, moving with agility through the fast-paced and ever-changing real estate landscape, but never losing sight of the team’s core principles: Integrity, Professionalism, Quality, Service, and Care.

 

 

Sam has a B.A. degree in Communication, from University of Maryland, College Park, with skills in interpersonal communication, conflict management, negotiation, and actively listening.  He also holds a graduate degree in Special Education from the Johns Hopkins School of Education.

 

 

When he’s not searching for the next buyer or seller to assist with their real estate needs, Sam can be found either serving as the minister of music at his church or playing a game of Monopoly® or Cashflow for Kids® with his daughter Olivia.
